Family Session {East Texas Photographer}

They came into town from FL. and braved the cold on Saturday afternoon to do a session with their whole family. We captured a few shots of just the two to of them and her son showed us that your just never to old to kiss your momma. I hope my boys are this sweet at this age. Toddlers Session {East Texas Photographer}

Here in East Texas it hasn't been the best weather. Its been cold and rainy but that didn't stop this handsome little guy. We did several shots inside which most of you know I'm not an inside girl. I love the natural light outside but with this crazy weather there's not much you can do. We did venture outside very quickly but came right back in. This little cutie pie was so easy to photograph and such a treat to be around. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek Mrs. L and I will talk to you soon.

My Boy's

These boys have been putting me through some test lately. If its not one its the other. Every night I say Lord what am I suppose to do. From fit throwing, screaming, yelling, to hitting. I seriously think some days I'm losing my mind.lol.. I just picked up a book Making Children MIND without Losing YOURS. By Dr. Kevin Leman. I laughed when I read the first intro. It went like this: Do you spend twenty minutes trying to get your youngsters up and ready for school while your three-year old throws a tantrum? Do your kids refuse breakfast, hassle you about the clothes you've set out for them, then complain about the lunches you're packing? Have you lost control before the day even begins? My mornings are sometimes like this.lol...I thought to myself I NEED this book. I'm in the very beginning of this book but I'm enjoying it. It points to Ephesians 6 saying God has placed parents in authority over children. So it's not just your own authority you're establishing, but God's.

Then I look at these cute little faces and think well its not that bad. Its a stage. They are worth it. We will get through it with Gods help. Right? Hello? Is this thing on? Is anyone out there?
